I've being having another play with this months new release from Sweet Sentiment. This set is called Swamped find out how I made this and what colours I used on my other post.

Needed a quick card this week for a friends Birthday.  This is a 6inch square card I used Serif CraftArtist 2 to make this card.

Well its that time of the month again when Sweet Sentiment bring out new stamps. I've also moved over to the main DT as it gives me more scope and more designs to play with.   This month I've chosen the Swamped Stamps set as these cute guys.  I also thought this would be good for male cards and Fathers Day isn't that far off.  Aren't these stamps just so cute! My First cards, I've done a splodgy wash background with watercolours and added some splodges too.  The white circles are dies cuts (dies from Carnation Crafts - Eyelet & Ring Collection) and I had some waterdrop beans from my stash. Matted onto a 6in card. This is my second card this time I've got a very faint wash behind the circle die cut I coloured in the characters using Tri-Blend Pens I used my scan'n'cut to cut them out with a 2mm boarder.  Our good neighbour and friends had a little Boy this week, so I made them this card and gift. This was made using the New Arrival Die set from Carnation Crafts, the plane is also from Carnation Craft backing papers I made in Serif CraftArtist. This was a file I purchased from Design Bundles I used Serif CraftArtist to add the details.    

I've been having a play with the newly released Plans with my Cat digital stamp! I wanted to show that you can mix full on digital and hand colouring together.  In this card the cat has been coloured but the background is all created digitally then printed. I wanted to show that you can produce a background using kits with your computer as maybe you don't have many supplies or just just don't like doing background. I used a digital kit I already had that has the separate embellishments.  Kit used was Polkadoodles Horace & Boo Collection. Here's my second DT card for the Sweet Sentiment Stamps digital release Plans with my Cat, I just love how well this card has come out I've had the kit I used for the papers for ages and thought this was the idea place to use it. I love using the Tri-Bend Pen's as they are 3 pens in 1.  It may look like I have only used 3 colours but I have actually used 9 colours.   Here's my DT card for the Sweet Sentiment Stamps digital release Oopsie Daisy. It's Mother's Day on Sunday here in the UK so I wanted to do a card I could give to my mum. As it's a digital stamp I was able to add a extra flower. I've done a embossed layer but it hasn't shown up that well in the photo, so I've done a close up photo. I like to show that you don't need to have copic's to do good colouring, here I have used the Crafters Companion Tri-Blend Pens.
