Here's my second projects this time I've done something a bit different.

So here we are with the second Digital Stamp from Sweet Sentiments Stamps.  I wanted to do something a bit different as I tend to make a lot of cards.  It nice to do a Home Décor item.

I wanted to do something a bit different so I had the idea to make a sign that you could put in the downstairs toilet.  I already had the sign in my stash I used CraftArtist 2 to add the sentiment.  I then coloured the stamp with Tri-Blend pens and a few copics, I like to show that you don't have to have copics to be able to colour well.  

Once coloured I used my Scan'N'Cut to cut him out using a offset of 1mm. Then its was just a case of printing out the backing paper with the sentiment mounting that onto the sign then adding quarantine man to it.

I've had a bad day!

Not had the best day as I was sorting out dinner and managed to cut my thumb in 3 places on a mandoline! Luckily I didn't need stitches (they've glued it), as it was bleeding a lot but I'm not going to be colouring for a bit. Steve maintains this is why you should stay away from the evil veg lol.

New Release Day

Well its that time of the month again when Sweet Sentiment bring out new stamps. I've also moved over to the main DT as it gives me more scope and more designs to play with.   This month I've chosen the Swamped Stamps set as these cute guys.  I also thought this would be good for male cards and Fathers Day isn't that far off.  Aren't these stamps just so cute! My First cards, I've done a splodgy wash background with watercolours and added some splodges too.  The white circles are dies cuts (dies from Carnation Crafts - Eyelet & Ring Collection) and I had some waterdrop beans from my stash. Matted onto a 6in card. This is my second card this time I've got a very faint wash behind the circle die cut I coloured in the characters using Tri-Blend Pens I used my scan'n'cut to cut them out with a 2mm boarder. Calming Clematis so easy to use for all occasions

I so love the flower stamps from Sweet Sentiment Stamps as they are so easy to use and to change.  Here I've coloured Calming Clematis using water colours again in yellow's for a more autumn tone which I've cut out with my Scan'n'Cut with a 3mm boarder.
