It's Release Weekend at Sweet Sentiment Stamps

This month we have a beautiful flower to add to your collection called Affable Anemone.  What's lovely about this flower is its so versatile, simply changing the colouring and you have a new flower, make this fit whatever style of flower you need.  I'm thinking these could be made into a Christmas Rose very easily.

I've been playing with my watercolour paints again so this shows a quick and easy way to colour in these flowers. I love the leaves that come with this set to again these can be used with other flowers. Thing to do is just have a play, if you want to do realistic flower do a google search and use a photo as a reference.  If you aren't bothered if its correctly coloured then you do your version.

As you may know every month Sweet Sentiment Stamps have a flower stamp realise, and this month its called Calming Clematis.  Here I've made a DL card using these stamps, I did do a practise run first to get the colours right using my copic's as well for a change. There is also a watercolour wash in the background just to help the flowers pop. It's time for the new Sweet Sentiment Stamps Release...

Have you been waiting for the Christmas stamps from Sweet Sentiment Stamps, then your wait is over.  What I love about the ethos with Sweet Sentiment Stamps is that they try and do stamps that can be use for other occasions.  A lot of the time simply changing the colours can give a totally different look and feel.  My first card is the lovely Playful Poinsettia, which can be used in so many different ways. Here I've stamped and embossed onto coloured paper, I then cut this out and then I've scanned that in. Extra Digital release for the weekend

Here I've done a mix of alcohol markers and watercolour to make this card, with a little bit of computer magic too.
