As you may know every month Sweet Sentiment Stamps have a flower stamp realise, and this month its called Calming Clematis.  Here I've made a DL card using these stamps, I did do a practise run first to get the colours right using my copic's as well for a change. There is also a watercolour wash in the background just to help the flowers pop. It's that time of the month when the new stamps from Sweet Sentiment Stamps are realised.  This month we have Fairy's, an Ogre and some flowers something for everyone.  I'm not usually a big fairy lover but I so enjoyed colouring these in. As you can see they are so cute and easy to colour in too.  I have a large mushroom stamps that I also coloured in from Inklily Stamps. The end kit is a Serif CraftArtish kit Called Twilight Forest, this was idea to use with this stamp set. Now I like to use both physical and digital together as they both are crafting. Once I had coloured in my images its just a case of scanning them in. Now I just use my phone to take a photo of each image you can get free scanner app's that also work well.  A quick and easy way to get to you PC is just email the images to yourself. Then you can go into your email program and there they will be, much quicker than plugging a lead in.  Once in CraftArtist I cut out the mushroom and fairy's then...

Well its the start of the second week of August and the heat is back here in the UK.  It's already been in the 90's this last few days they are saying it could get into the 100's by the weekend.  So I'm staying in with the aircon on and getting some colouring done.  In just over a week (20th) its release day over at Sweet Sentiment Stamps, and I've started to colour up my stamps. This month we have some lovely additions for anyone who has a journal or just wants some cute images.  There is even something for that grumpy man in your life! We are also carrying on with the flower stamps, although its something a little different this month, but just as useable.  I still have the others to colour up so watch this space x
